SCOTS are more likely to have an affair in September, according to a new survey. And couples north of the border are also becoming “fed-up” with their partner after summer holidays, according to a dating site for married people. Jessica Leoni, sex and relationship expert with the firm, said: “September is always the busiest month of the year for affairs in Scotland. “Long summer holidays are a turning point for so many couples – they realise the sex is still boring even when they are basking in paradise. “If your partner starts behaving oddly after returning to the office in September, they could well be up to no good.” The research found over three-quarters of cheaters admitted the move away from home working and a return to the office will provide a ‘cover’ for illicit activities.
